An attempt to write the first in a series of original novels based on comic books. It was an idea that would become quite successful a few years later with Marvel tie-in books, but when this came out, bookstores didn't know where to put the things. I saw this book shelved in science fiction, mystery, young adult and media sections in different stores. Nobody knew where to find these, and the series died.
